Q. What is a complete web design package?

A. A complete web design package consists of ordering at least one web page with your information (text and or images) on the page.

Q. Can I make changes like text or paragraph changes, image addition or deletions to my website on my own?

A. Yes. If you wish to be able to make minor text changes, additions or deletions to your website or upload new images, documents and or graphics we can make that happen by adding a great little program called "Snippet Master Pro". Snippet Master Pro will allow you the owner of the website to login to the administration area and make changes, addition or deletions to almost every aspect of your website. This option will save you money in the short and long run. No need to buy a Website Maintenance/Update Plan as you will not need to pay us each time you want something added or changed. The cost of adding "Snippet Master Pro" is only $24.95 which is the same price the creator of Snippet Master charges. We do charge a small fee ($14.95) for installing the program and setting it up. Purchase Snippet Master and one of our Website Maintenance/Update Plans at a reduced rate and we'll install Snippet Master for free.

There is a free version of Snippet Master which you are free to use, but the options are limited in what you can and can not do. If you only wish to be able to edit all the text in your website, then the free version is for you. We will install the free version for you and set it up for $14.95.
If you wish to be able to edit almost every aspect of your website then Snippet Master Pro is the one for you.

There will be times that you may need something else done to your website that you do not know how to do and requires our expertise. For those times we offer our Website Maintenance/Update Plan for a reduced rate of $25.00 off our regular price if you purchased Snippet Master Pro.

Six Month Website Maintenance/Update Plan Reg. Price $125.00.
If you purchase Snippet Master Pro your price for the Six Month Website Maintenance/Update Plan is $100.00.

Q. What's the total cost of getting my website on the Internet?

A. The cost's involved with getting your website on the Internet varies depending on who you choose to do your web design. Some web designers sell a complete package. i.e.. Web Design, Domain Name and Hosting Plan. Others such as CCbM.biz will sell web design only and you will need to purchase your Domain Name and Hosting Plan separate from a company of your choice. Reason being, we believe you deserve the right to choose who you purchase your Domain Name and Hosting Plan from. CCbM.biz will always recommend a good Hosting and Domain Name company. We research companies all year long to find our clients the best bang for their dollars.

Here is an example of what it would cost from CCbM.biz for a four page web design including the cost of Domain Name and Hosting Plan (if you use our recommendations for a Domain Name and a Hosting Plan)

Q. How long will it take to build my website?

A. If you have all the text information, images and a favorite color in mind it should not take more than 24 to 48 hours to build your website. The length of time really depends on how many orders are in front of yours. Your design project can be bumped up in front of others for a fee ($200.00) if you are in a hurry. The reason for the fee is simple. We don't want our other clients to suffer delays in their web design process so, we have another designer jump onboard to help fulfill your "Hurry Up" request.

There are a few things that get in the way of taking your website live on the Internet.
The thing that takes the longest is the Name Server Migration. If you own a Dot Com name and you did not purchase it from the company you are hosting with you need to change the name server of your domain name to point to your new hosting server. It will take up to 72 hours for migration. The length of time is out of our hands.

If you are purchasing a new Dot Com Name and hosting plan from the same company, your website could be active with in a day.

Q. Are there on-going monthly fees for my website design?

A. No!.
There are no on-going monthly fees. Guaranteed!
After your website design is finished there are no other fees unless you require additional modifications or updates to your website.

Once you receive your price quote you have 15 days to place your order. When you place your order your design package is locked in at the price we quoted you.

If you order extras or make changes to the design agreement after the design process begins we will simply add what ever extras or changes you have made or ordered to your bill. We will not add anything to your bill unless you have agreed to the additions.

Q. Why shouldn't I use a web based email address when I purchase Items from CCbM.biz website such as, Logos & Custom Greeting Cards?

A. Web based emails tend to view many legitimate business emails as spam or unsolicited email and deposits the mail in your Bulk or Spam email folder. They also may not deliver the mail at all.

CCbM.BIZ does not send unwanted or unsolicited email to anyone. If you receive email that looks to be from CCbM.BIZ and you did not request it please forward a copy of the email to webmaster@ccbm.biz we will do our best to find out where it came from and turn it over to the proper authorities for investigation and prosecution.

Guaranteed Delivery: If you need to use a web based email address when ordering and your order does not get delivered to your mail box, we guarantee your order will be delivered. You will need to supply us with your order transaction number from PayPal for verification. We will then match your order number with our sales record from PayPal for confirmation.

Q. Can I get a REFUND after I purchase a downloadable item like, Logos or Custom Greeting Cards?
