In the unlikely event you are not happy and walk away, CCbM.BIZ retains all rights and copyrights to all designs created for your order.

Does Cyber Creations by Michael create their own designs?
Yes. We also offer designs created by a variety of other designers as well.
Would Cyber Creations by Michael purchase my web designs or website templates?
Yes and No. It depends on a couple items. The quality of the designs and the price you want to sell them for.
Can I order a custom site made just for me?
Yes. Contact us and let us know what you want.
If I order a custom web design will I get exclusive rights to it?
Yes! You own the design once it is paid for. We're not like other designers who will make you pay and exclusive price for sole ownership of your design.
Can I use my own graphics and animations on the web site you build for me?
Yes. As a matter of fact you need to supply us with all graphics, text, logos, animations, and photos you wish to use on your site.

You also must own the copyright to your submissions. If you need graphics made for your site we'll be happy to make them for you, for an additional charge.
How long is my Web Design Quote good for?
Your quote is good for 15 days from the date we send it to you.
What if I miss the quote deadline by a day or two?
Contact us, we are pretty flexible.

No!. We recommend www.HostForWeb.com for purchasing your Domain Name. Host For Web has no hidden charges. If the prices change after I order a design package will my price quote change?
No. Once you receive your price quote you have 15 days to place your order. When you place your order your design package is locked in at the price we quoted you.

If you order extras or make changes to the design agreement after the design process begins we will simply add what ever extras or changes you have made or ordered to your bill. We will not add anything to your bill unless you have agreed to the additions.
Why shouldn't I use a web based email address when I purchase Items from CCbM.biz website like, Logos & Custom Greeting Cards ?
Web based emails tend to view many legitimate business emails as spam or unsolicited email and deposits the mail in your Bulk or Spam email folder.

They also may not deliver the mail at all.


If you must use a web based email you need to add our email addresses "websales@ccbm.biz" to your safe list so you don't miss out receiving your download info, price quotes and tech support mail.

CCbM.BIZ does not send unwanted or unsolicited email to anyone. If you receive email that looks to be from CCbM.BIZ and you did not request it please forward a copy of the email to webmaster@ccbm.biz we will do our best to find out where it came from and turn it over to the proper authorities for investigation and prosecution.

Guaranteed Delivery: If you need to use a web based email address when ordering and your order does not get delivered to your mail box, we guarantee your order will be delivered. You will need to supply us with your order number from PayPal for verification. We will then match up your order number with our sales record from PayPal for confirmation.
Can I get a REFUND after I purchase a downloadable item like, Logos or Custom Greeting Cards?
No. All sales of digital download items are final. If your purchased item does not function properly we will make sure you receive a new copy of your purchase that is in proper working order Guaranteed!
Does CCbM.BIZ Barter or Trade for Web Design Services?
Yes. We have a 65% cash / 35% Barter or Trade program. For example: if your web design budget dollars are limited to $150.00 and your design cost is $250.00. We will accept 65% ($150.00) USD Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card & 35% ($100.00) in traded goods or services. Barter and or Trades are based on your wholesale cost not MSRP or Full Retail and is at the discretion of CCbM.biz

From tangible items, to software, to services, we accept most all forms of barter and trades.
Can I get help with an item I bought such as Logos or Custom Greeting Cards from CCbM.BIZ?
Yes. If you need assistance with any Logo or Custom Greeting Card you purchase from us feel free to contact us with your questions.

Help is free and in the form of "email help" and is limited to the item(s) you purchased from us.
